My Duvet

I just had a fight with my duvet

It did not want to get dressed

It hid its corners

It twisted and turned

It didn’t want to get dressed

I had a fight with my duvet

It would not lay down

Instead hid its corners

Twisted and turned

Eventually I won

The duvet got shook down

Pulled and stretched into its cover

It couldn’t escape

I tucked it up

It couldn’t move

I beat the awkward duvet

I just won the fight with my duvet
