Labadoozee
Underneath a green palm tree
That is Haiti, Ladabee
Drinking a rum punch of Labadoozee
Buying a papier-mâché fish
Sampling the local dish
Grandma’s chocolate cake and banana rum cake
We are definitely no snowflakes
As our bums burn in the scorching heat
Dancing down the red hot path in bare feet
This is Hiati, Ladabee
We walk down the street
To meet at Columbus Beach
Lucky for you
A sun lounger without any bird poo
As the pine tree leaves poke through your sun beached shoes
Running out of toilet paper
Working out how to use the taps to wash your hands
While the Caribbean bands sing and dance
With their coconut instruments
I sample another Labadoozee cocktail
The sun and blue sky didn’t fail
As we leave with our red bums
Scorched by the red hot sun
Time to leave this Caribbean fun
That is Haiti, Ladabee
Drinking our very last Labadoozee
