Two Angels Just Passing Through

As I slept

Still sleeping

I did see

Two peaceful beautiful angels passing by

Still sleeping

Eyes wide awake

They move with such silent thoughtful grace

I was mesmerised

My eyes open wide

Did I hallucinate?

Were my visitors real?

Imagination of my mind

Was it an illusion before my eyes?

Two angels

Awoke from a deep sleep

My dream carries on before my eyes

My dream carries on in front of me

My dream carries on in my mind

Was it my imagination escaping my mind?

My mind and imagination entwined

Real or illusion?

No matter what

Two graceful angels just passing through
