Due to excessive rain

The water rose
Stuck in traffic for 6 hours or so
Deep, dangerous potholes
So deep, they can take a McDonald’s coffee cup

Glug, glug, glug
Eating all the rainwater up
So dangerous
So many unwanted potholes
Miles of traffic stuck
I am definitely not off the hook
