The deserted unkept piano stairs

As I take one tentative step

I know these piano stairs are definitely unkept

The music note is soo out of tune

I step on the next music note

The painted step is soo unkept

It is soo out of tune

As I make my way up these unkept piano steps

Every step is disastrously out of tune

Just like the rest of the unkept steps

The steps need a fresh lick of black and white paint

To make these beautiful steps play a wonderful tune again

These wonderful steps need a painter and a piano tuner

So, one day these musical steps will play an amazing Mozart
