Someone at my door

Someone at my door

There is someone knocking on my door

I can see bright coloured lights under my door

I hear the sound of crunchy tinsel

I can hear some bells ringing

I feel very cold

There is snow creeping up my door

Some tree branches have made it into my living room

I can see the shiny baubles moving on the tree branches

I feel the force

This gigantic tree is nearly through the door

I heard ‘Ho Ho Ho’

I heard a sleigh land on the deep overflowing snow

I saw a red beaming nose just poking through my door

I’m trying so hard to keep this chaos outside

I have an overwhelming feeling of happiness inside

I’m overwhelmed

I can’t fight it anymore

Christmas has just broken through my living room door
