He stands tall
A beautiful friendly giant
He could be a star of old movies
He would take the leading role
If only he could walk
If only he could talk
He is a tyred old elephant
He is rugged and has many wheels intertwined
He has thousands of different patterned lines
His well worn wrinkles
He stands on his pedestal
Looking at me
Looking at you
He looks a bit sad
He cannot curl his braided trunk
He is the local star
He has travelled so far
Across the world
Thousands of miles
It is a heavy load he carries
Many well travelled tyres he holds
The tyred elephant is handsomely bold
Let’s give him a bow
