Too many TV’s in this artificial world

Faces changed to TV screens

Is this a nightmare dream?

Carrots on every screen

As the hare jumps in the long green grass

Chewing real carrots,  a thing of the distant past

Just pixels on a TV screen

Taste, texture and aroma just a dream

Hunger now a daily routine

A world of TV screens

Where are the beautiful, characterful faces?

Now living in a true TV state

No memorable faces

Just big TV screens

Living in a nightmare dream

Narnia or Wonderland?

Guide me out of this nightmare land

Take me to a world where people care

Love and compassion is definitely gone

On this planet, I don’t belong

How could this parallel world be so wrong?

I want to escape this one

I want to see a familiar face

Not hare’s with a TV screen

Normal faces and wonderful dreams

Nothing in this world is as it seems
