Always Remember Make Art Not War

Always remember

Make art

Not war

A curvaceous sculpture by Henry Moore

Instead have a little bit of The Scream

Please don’t have a Mona Lisa face

I looked out at The Starry Night

I saw the beautiful Girl with a Pearl Earring

I went in for The Kiss

She was amazingly stunning like The Birth of Venus

She is The Persistence of Memory

Even though I felt embarrassed by the appearance of the Whistler’s Mother

I felt overlooked by The Night Watch

I felt so in love

I had such confidence

I could Liberate Leading the People

I never want it to be My Last Supper with The Girl with the Pearl Earring

We will watch the pink and yellow burning Sunrise

I will always gift her aromatic blossoming Sunflowers

Our love will always be Contemporary

I am under no Illusions

I have no delusions

We will never be mixed up or slightly distorted like colourful bright Cubism

Our love will splatter every corner of this magnificent world

As if Jackson Pollock had painted our love with a flamboyant artistic brush

Splattering our art we love

Painting with colourful psychedelic drops

Always remember

Make love

Make art

Not war
